Year's wrap...

As some of you might know, Tishomingo & Hagerman Refuges are again under water .  The following pictures were taken a few weeks back. I'm in  the process of catching up.... As usual.

9-19-2015 Rain moveing through the refuge

As the storm approached this AM, the birds gathered in a common area and as the rain started, all were facing the North. At first I thought something had their attention, As the rain decreased, then the birds started moving about.

After the rain moved through, they had a board meeting.

At on point several birds started feeding on the fish in the shallow water. This was the field just East of the Sandy Creek Bridge.
